To measure waists, place the tape measure around the leanest area. When measuring, stand in an erect position, with legs together and arm down the sides. Try not to stand artificially or expand your chest and breathing in to much to reduce the abdomen. Women should remember that it is rare to have the same measurements for breasts and hips, and that the hip measurement is usually slightly larger. The well known 36-24-36 in (90-60-90 cm) measurements that many models today flaunt, are, as a mater of fact, a rarity and who declares to have them in fact does not.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Dress size</B></div> <div> This measurement is a direct consequence of the above mentioned measurements. </div> <bR> <div> <B>Neck</B></div> <div> This measurement is only for men.
