She received additional dance training at the London Contemporary Dance School, California State Summer School of the Arts and Wayne State University. Ms. Merritt-Ray has performed with the Lula Washington Theater, Dayton Contemporary Dance Company II, Elegba Crossing in conjunction with the Madame C.J. Walker Performing Arts Center and the Zadonu African Dance Company. In addition to her appearances in Europe and abroad, she has also appeared in numerous music videos, industrials and fashion shows in Los Angeles.
